ALMA CHAIDEZ (A.K.A “THE GREAT CHEYENNE”)

The Great Cheyenne is an internationally renowned Native American and Latina professional wrestler born and raised in the Pilsen area in Chicago’s West Side. She’s had a Martial Arts background since 1992 and started wrestling in 2000. Her main trainer was a Chicago local named Zeus, who wrestled as ProWrestlingGamer (A.K.A The Great Malaki). He has been her trainer, tag team partner and even her most challenging nemesis.

She promotes self-empowerment through sports and serving others in: health, nutrition, fitness and volunteer efforts for those in need, those fighting cancer and those promoting animal rights.

Alma has traveled around the world and has held various Men’s and Women’s Championship titles. She has been featured on several television broadcasts, featured on WGN in honor of celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month.

She has been on the front pages of several publications representing Native Americans, wrestling and actively supporting causes that she feels greatly about.
