Canada Post Strike

As of September 26, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) is on strike, which will lead to delivery delays nationwide.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Canadian orders will face delays as the Canada Post strike continues (now rotating strikes), please bare with us as we await its resolution.

  • We are using alternative shipping carriers for both Canadian orders until the strike is over. However, these carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or remote ZIP codes – only Canada Post can do this.

  • The alternative carriers will be handling more parcels than usual, so there may be delivery delays.

  • As of Monday, September 29, we are not fulfilling orders with P.O. boxes or remote ZIP codes listed as the delivery address. These orders won’t be processed, and refunded.

  • Orders that were accepted before September 29 with a P.O. box or remote ZIP code as the delivery address will be held in our facilities until the strike is over. If they’ve already moved into fulfillment, they cannot be canceled.
