Return & Exchange Policy

Our apparel is produced on demand using a trusted print‑production partner. Each item is made especially for you, so we only accept returns in limited circumstances.

Defective or misprinted items – If your order arrives with a manufacturing error, misprint, or damage, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Approved claims due to our error will be corrected at our expense.

Problem reports – To start a return for a defective item, Contact Us to report it, with photos of the issue. We’ll review the claim and provide instructions. Unclaimed returns received by us will be donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong or insufficient address – If an order can’t be delivered because the shipping address you provided is incomplete or incorrect, the shipment will be returned to us and you will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed shipments – Packages that are not picked up and are returned to us will incur reshipping charges. If you don’t have an account with billing information on file, returned orders due to an incorrect address or unclaimed shipment may be donated to charity at your cost.

Customer‑initiated returns (buyer’s remorse or size exchanges) – Returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage/misprint (e.g., ordering the wrong size) are not automatically offered. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you may do so at your own cost by placing a new order. Orders returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
